In June the 1^st Haberfield Venturer Unit presented Samuel Hubbard with his King Scout Award.  Samuel completed his award in early 2025 after successfully completing his Adventurous Journey; a four-day three night bushwalk on the Great North Walk.  The walk was completed independently with four fellow Venturers and no leader supervision.  This adventure capped off three years of hard work where Samuel completed his three milestones, outdoor adventurous activities progressions and six special interest area projects. 

Samuel is the first King Scout at 1^st Haberfield after the award transitioned from the Queen Scout Award to the King Scout Award.
